I am not a big corporation, Just a small business and I am only one person. 

I am certified business license and LLC and insured. For the state of TX "El Paso"
I take cash and major debit and credit cards "no checks". 

I will reach out the day before to reconfirm your appointment or if you need to reschedule or cancel, If you Don't reconfirm your appointment by 5pm, your appointment will be canceled

Will, have to make a deposit of $40.00 to lock in appointment. this is not a refundable! But you may reschedule at any time but the day of the detail and you reschedule, will not issue a refund and would have to make another deposit for another day but of course if I cancel I will issue a refund.

If you confirm and I show up at your place of home or work or other place of the detail and you don't answer phone or door, you will be billed $60.00 for no show or call service fee by invoice and if not paid will send off to collection agency.

East side of El Paso / Horizon city or further there will be a $50.00 dollar destination service fee.

Due to safety reasons, will not clean seat beats with steam or high pressure or soak with water due it can stretch the fibers and can make the seat beat not work properly in a accented, for those reasons i will NOT clean seat beats but will try to wipe down in a safe matter. "But If customer wanting the seat beats cleaned will have to sign waver".

I Don't Clean center consul or glove compartment unless told by customer to clean, due in believing being a private and personal area of the vehicle.  

All detailing may vary on condition on your vehicle may take longer to detail or a shorter time, and do to the weather, but I will not be at fault, if there is more damage underneath the dirt that is on the paint, any dints, scratches, rust and or other damages. I will take care of your vehicle like its my own. This is a cleaning "car wash" for your vehicle. I only do cosmetic cleaning, making your vehicle like new appearance, i am not a repair shop for paint "only clear coat to take out light scratching not a full clear repair or respray" or dent remove or deep scratching "only light scratching can be repaired" nor can i repair rips or cut in seats or carpets or scratching into plastic trim pieces. once again i am a cleaning service for your vehicle. I take great pride in my work and my reputation. I will do my best to get your vehicle the best care and make it "like" new again, All detail jobs will be video / photographed documented before and after. 

If you do not pay will keep your keys till you do. "authorities will be contacted if necessary" Then legal action will be taken.

all call and text messaging will be document and recorded.

Please do not haggle pricing, it takes a lot of money and time to detail vehicles and to travel to you.

I give 100% satisfaction, but if request is unreasonable. will not fix the issue. always do a walk around before and after with customer before leaving to ensure everything is good. "but understanding sometimes I miss some spots, i am only human and I'll be more than glad to come back and fix the issue"

Can refuse service. To any vehicle or customer!

Will not tolerate being disrespectful or rude behavior towards me or if I have an employee with me, service will be refuse and will be on a no contact list. I gave 100% of customer service and satisfaction and respect too everyone I do ask for the same.  

No refunds, but will give discounts on next detail. If reasonable. 

No Rain Check's! but always will inform about the weather as best as i can!! 

Will use photos of your vehicle to promote my business but we'll cover any personal information.
